Egg Roll Salad or Lettuce Wrap


¼ c. coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
2 T. coconut vinegar (or rice wine vinegar
1 T. toasted sesame seed oil
1 t. ginger powder (or 1 T fresh grated)
2 T. raw honey (or other sweetener)
8 drops of sriracha sauce


1 T. avocado oil
¼ c. chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
½ lb. ground turkey sausage
½ t. sea salt
½ t. pepper
½ c. dressing (from recipe below)
8 c. shredded cabbage (or 16oz bag)
2 green onions sliced


Combine all dressing ingredients and set aside
Heat skillet on medium-high then add oil and onion and cook for 5 minutes
Add garlic, turkey, salt and pepper and cook until meat is browned and no pink remains
Pour in half the dressing and cabbage
Cook 5-7 minutes or until cabbage is to desired texture
Stir in green onions and remaining dressing to warm through all

Serve over rice or cauliflower rice (or in lettuce as a wrap instead of a salad)
